Prior to joining the Board, she was an active supporter and participant in the organisation, sharing her international experience. Ieva&#8217;s involvement in various events, research projects and integration in the organisation&#8217;s policy group underlines her commitment to improving social integration and the well-being of the return migrant community in Latvia.<\/p>\n<p>Marta Polna, who spent five years in Southern Europe, mainly in France, joins the Board with significant experience in international IT and HR project management. Marta&#8217;s professional path aligns with the association&#8217;s mission to actively promote creative and social projects.<\/p>\n<p>The addition of Marta Polna and Ieva Krist\u012bne Ku\u013cikovska to the Board is a significant milestone for &#8220;Ar pasaules pieredzi Latvij\u0101.&#8221; Their diverse backgrounds, combined with their desire to pursue the organisation&#8217;s goals, promise to drive forward significant initiatives that will benefit both the return migrant community and society at large.<\/p>\n<p>Kristaps Loze, Chairman of the Board of &#8220;Ar pasaules pieredzi Latvij\u0101&#8221; comments, &#8220;First of all, I would like to thank our previous Board members, Oskars Teikmanis and Roberts Strenga, who made a significant contribution to the growth of the organisation. Marta and Ieva have already proven themselves by actively participating in our activities, bringing new ideas and energy to the association. I am pleased to see that they have also chosen to stand for the Board and am confident that together we will be able to continue the development of &#8220;Ar pasaules pieredzi Latvij\u0101&#8221; while strengthening its existing organisation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*\u201cAr pasaules pieredzi Latvij\u0101\u201d is the first and leading return migrant (repatriate) organisation in Latvia.<br \/>\nIt was established in 2017 as a platform for people with different global experiences to connect and work on common projects. Members have lived outside Latvia for a certain part of their lives. Today, a growing network of return migrants has been established, to foster a culture of cooperation and exchange of ideas.
